Peanut Butter Cookie Pops

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 10 craft sticks
  • 10 fun-size snickers or milky way bars

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine sugar, margarine, peanut butter, vanilla and egg.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Insert stick into small end of the candy bar.
  6. Shape about 1/3 cup dough around candy, covering completely.
  7. Place them 4 apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 13 to 16 minutes or until golden.
  9. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from cookie sheet.
  10. Cool completely.
