Peanut Butter Chocolate Chips Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175 C / 350 F.
  2. Beat butter and peanut butter.
  3. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  4. Sift together plain flour and baking soda.
  5. Mix in the butter mixture to form a dough.
  6. Add chocolate chips,mix well.
  7. Roll tablespoon of mixture into balls and place 2 apart on a cookie sheet.
  8. Flatten balls with a fork.
  9. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden around edges.
  10. Remove from oven,leave for 2 minutes on the cookie sheet.
  11. Then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.Store in an airtight container.
