Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup cold coffee
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream sugar, Crisco and peanut butter.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the the combined dry ingredients.
  4. Bake in greased and floured 8 cake pan on 350 degrees F. Until done. {not sure how long it takes to cook}.
