Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 (16 oz) package powdered sugar , sifted
  • 1 package brownie mix
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 2 (1 oz) unsweetened chocolate squares

Directions:

  1. Prepare brownie mix according to directions; stir in pecans.
  2. Spoon batter into greased 13x9x2 baking pan.
  3. Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmellows over hot brownies.
  5. Combine chocolate, 1/3 cup milk, and butter in heavy saucepan.
  6. Cook over low heat until melted, stir often.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Transfer to lrg.
  9. Mixing bowl.
  10. Add sugar and vanilla.
  11. Beat on low until smooth.
  12. (if frosting is too thick add 1 tsp milk until smooth).
  13. Spread over brownies.
  14. Cool in pan on wire rack, and cut into bars.
