Ingredients:

  1. Place all in a large mixer bowl Blend on low speed Beat at med.
  2. Speed for 4 minutes Pour into a greased and floured bundt or tube pan Bake 325 degrees F.
  3. For 60- 70 minutes.
  4. Until golden and cake springs back when tested.
  5. Cool upright in the pan for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan, cool completely.
  7. Glaze when cool.
  8. Glaze: 1 cup powdered icing sugar with 2 tbsp.
  9. Lemon juice.
