One-Bowl Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Microwave chocolate and butter in a large bowl on HIGH for 2 minutes or until butter is melted.
  2. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Stir in sugar.
  4. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix well.
  5. Add flour.
  6. Stir until well blended.
  7. Spread into greased 13x9 baking pan.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
  9. Cool in pan.
  10. Cut into 24 squares.
