Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Cook Simply Potatoes according to package directions. Set aside.
  4. Remove casing from beer bratwurst, cook in skillet, breaking up in small pieces as it cooks. Remove bratwurst from skillet onto a paper towel.
  5. In a small bowl, blend honey dijon mustard into sauerkraut.
  6. Evenly layer potatoes, then bratwurst, then sauerkraut in baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until cheese is melted and browned.
  8. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
