Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 2/3 cups butterscotch chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 7 -8 minutes for chewy.
  6. Cook on sheets for 2 minutes.
  7. Remove to racks to finish cooling.
