Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 375°.
  2. Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  3. In a medium bowl mix the first 7 dry ingredients together.
  4. In a large bowl combine combine sugars with an electric mixer until combined.
  5. Add in butter and beat to form a grainy paste.
  6. Add in egg and applesauce; blend until smooth.
  7. Add in flour mixture; mix until combined.
  8. Add in the chocolate chips, nuts and raisins; mix until combined.
  9. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto prepared baking sheet leaving about 2-inches apart.
  10. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until light brown.
  11. Immediately transfer to a cool flat surface to cool.
