Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cream butter.
  2. Add flour and mix well.
  3. Add nuts (optional).
  4. Press mixture into bottom of 13x9 baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool completely.
  7. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
  8. Fold in 1 cup cool whip.
  9. Spread mixture onto cooled crust in 13x9 baking pan.
  10. Prepare puddings, separately, according to box directions.
  11. Spread vanilla pudding over cream cheese mixture.
  12. Spread chocolate pudding over vanilla pudding.
  13. Spread remaining Cool Whip over chocolate pudding.
  14. Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
  15. Chill and serve.
