My Easy Corned Beef Hash

  1. Saute onion in oil till translucent. Do not brown.
  2. Add remaining ingredients,stir to mix and cook over low heat 5 to 10 mins,stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve immediately while still hot.
  4. You can use leftover roast beef instead of corned beef.
