Mrs. Field's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cup flour
  • 5 cup oatmeal blend small amount until it turns to powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and brown sugar. In a separate bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Slowly add dry ingredients to cream mixture. Stir in chocolate chips, grated hershey bar, and chopped nuts. Make golf-ball sized cookies. Place 1 apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 6-8 minutes. Let cool completely on cookie sheet before moving to cooling racks.
