Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil pasta till al dente and set aside
  2. Brown ground beef and sliced chicken thighs in vegetable oil along with chopped onion, mushrooms, garlic and lemon rind.
  3. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, paprika, sugar tomato paste and tomato sauce, and water.
  4. Simmer 1 hour. Add cooked mostocholi and parmesan cheese. serve.
  5. This is great left over.
