Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Break half the of the cookies in half; place in food processor and process using the on /off pulse button until fine crumbs form
  2. Transfer to a small bowl
  3. Repeat with remaining cookies
  4. Combine corn syrup and liqueur in a medium bowl
  5. Stir until well blended
  6. Stir in crumbs and walnuts until well blended
  7. Combine powdered sugar and cocoa in a small bowl
  8. Add 1/2 cup cocoa mixture to cookie crumb mixture stir until blended.
  9. Reserve remaining cocoa mixture for coating
  10. Shape dough into 1 inch ball with greased hands
  11. Place in container..cover container
  12. Refrigerate at least at least 3 hours or up to 3 days before serving
  13. Roll each ball in reserved cocoa mixture to coat
  14. Transfer to serving dish
  15. Garnish each cookie with a chocolate covered coffee beans
  16. Makes about 3 dozen cookies .................
