Ingredients:

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine coffee, milk, cocoa powder and sugar and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add cinnamon and vanilla.
  3. Pour into a blender and process on high until frothy.
  4. Serve hot.
