Mama's Old-Time Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease and flour a bread pan.
  2. Combine sugar, four, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Combine margarine, eggs, and bananas.
  4. Add to dry ingrediants just until blended.
  5. Stir in pecans (or walnuts).
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  7. Bake for 45-40 minutes or until done.
  8. If you want a chocolate banana bread, add 2 oz. of melted, unsweetened chocolate into wet ingredients.
  9. Enjoy!
