Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease baking sheet.
  2. (I used cooking spray) or line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-13 minutes.
  6. Approximately 15 cookies.
  7. Note: I bake mine for 10 minutes because I like my cookies a little
  8. Underdone, and I hear that if you overcook this recipe, the cookies
  9. Get really brittle.
