Directions:

  1. In medium bowl mix:
  2. Eggs
  3. Buttermilk
  4. Hot Pepper Sauce
  5. Adobo
  6. Paprika
  7. Tsp Sea Salt
  8. /2 C Flour
  9. Add Chicken
  10. In separate bowl mix:
  11. Tsp Sea Salt
  12. /2 C Flour
  13. Black Pepper
  14. Minced Onion
  15. Garlic
  16. Heat oil in pan on med heat
  17. Take chicken from batter, coat with dry mix and cook in oil until golden brown.
