Ingredients:

  • 8 oz neufachatel cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. real vanilla extract
  • 8 oz tub lite whipped topping, thawed

Directions:

  1. Mix cheese and sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until well-blended; add vanilla and mix in.
  2. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
  3. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with fresh fruit or cherry pie filling.
