Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat the first 3 ingredients in the bowl with the mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy and the brown sugar is dissolved.
  2. Stir in the peanuts. Dip the fresh fruit into the taffy dip. Chill any remaining dip. It will stiffen slightly. Soften in the microwave oven on low for just a few seconds. Makes 3/4 cup dip.
