Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make Lime Infused Simple Syrup:.
  2. Bring 1 Cup Water to a boil and add Sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves and remove from heat. Stir in juice and zest of one lime. Cool in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
  3. Make Watermelon Ice Cubes:.
  4. Place Watermelon and 1/2 cup of the Lime Infused Simple Syrup into a blender. Liquefy and pour into 2 ice cube trays. Freeze until firm - about 4 hours.
  5. To make the Margarita:.
  6. Add the Watermelon Cubes, Kiwi Cubes, Tequila, Orange Liquer, and Juice of the second lime into a blender. Blend until the desired consistency. I actually like it to be less frozen than a typical Margarita or Daquiri. I also like to do this in batches as to not overload the blender.
  7. Serve in pretty glasses rimmed with coarse salt. Garnish with a splash of sparkling wine and kiwi slices.
