  1. 1. Blend the peanut, chasew, peppers, garlic in the blender. Put water as needed. Another option is You could fry the (blended) peanut and chasew first in a little bit of peanut oil to get more flavour.
  2. 2. Add the palm sugar, soy sauce and a dash of lime juice to the peanut sauce.
  3. 3. Serve the noodle, tofu, bean sprouts and crackers on a plate and pour the peanut sauce on top.
