Kentucky Bourbon Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add beaten eggs, syrup, salt, vanilla
  3. Stir in chocolate bits, nuts and bourbon
  4. Pour into shell and bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes
  5. Serve with cool whip
