Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, stir together the cocoa, sugar and cornstarch. Stir in 1/2 cup of the water and set over low heat. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup of water and the milk and cook, stirring, over medium-low heat until mixture is thick enough to coat a spoon, about 10 minutes.
