Ingredients:

  • italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Slice zucchini in 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Sauté in olive oil until slightly soft.
  3. Spread zucchini in baking dish.
  4. Slice tomato over zucchini.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
