  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees
  2. MIX:
  3. Beat cheese until fluffy, gradually beat in Eagle BRAND UNTIL SMOOTH. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Toss chips with flour, stir in cheese mixture.pour into crust.
  5. Bake for 35 min or until center springs back when lightly touched.
  6. Cool and top Glaze and curls. Serve chilled. Refrigerate leftovers.
  7. GLAZE:::::: Melt 1/2 cups of mini chocolate chips with 1/4 whipping cream and top . you can always change it around and make your topping with ANDES CHOCOLATE MINTS. EAT UP!
