Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut off and discard wing tips.
  2. Cut each wing in half at joint.
  3. Place in a 13 X 9 inch baking dish.
  4. Combine 3/4 cup picante sauce, honey, soy sauce, oil, mustard, ginger, and orange peel in a small bowl and mix well.
  5. Pour over chicken wings.
  6. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overight.
  7. Preheat ven to 400 degrees.
  8. Place wings and sauce in single layer on foil lined jelly roll pan.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown.
  10. Serve wtih additional picante sauce.
  11. Garnish as desired.
