  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan or crockpot.
  2. Stirring occasionally, cook over med heat until mixture begins to boil.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. If you prepare in crockpot, once it is ready, turn setting to warm to keep it heated.
  6. This would be good with whipped and chocolate shavings on top.
  7. Prep time depends on whether you prepare on stovetop or crockpot.
