Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Stir till they sizzle 1 minute.
  2. Lower heat add raisins and nuts and stir for a minute.
  3. Add salt, turmeric and chili powder.
  4. Add lemon juice keeping away face from the pan in case it splashes.
  5. Add cereal. Stir till the cereal is coated with the spices.
  6. Add sev.
  7. When cool store in an air tight container.
