  1. Soften the onions, garlic cloves, serrano pepper, and red pepper in a pot with a couple of sprays of Pam. Mix in the can of tomato paste, wine, and tomato sauce. Simmer and add spices (oregano, sweet basil, bay leaves, salt and pepper) to your taste.
