Homemade Noodles-Grandma Matthews

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Make well in flour.
  2. Crack eggs into flour.
  3. Mix with fork and then well with floured fingers.
  4. Flour librally kneading surface.
  5. Knead and fold over until all smooth.
  6. Roll out into thin circles, allow to dry.
  7. Roll into long roll and cut strips square or diagonally.
  8. Boil 2 or 3 minutes in salted water, drain, toss with melted butter.
