Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thickness.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together all ingredients.
  3. Reserve 1/3 cup of the marinade and then put chicken in shallow dish.
  4. Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Grill until cooked through, you be the judge, but around 6 to 8 minutes if chicken in pounded.
  6. In a small saucepan over medium heat, simmer reserved marinade until reduced to 1/4 cup.
  7. Remove from heat and serve chicken drizzled with sauce and garnish with cilantro.
