Frozen Peanut Butter Cream Pie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add graham cracker cumbs and mix together.
  3. Press crumb mixture into 8 pie plate
  4. Set aside.
  5. Blend cream cheese and peanut butter together.
  6. Add icing sugar and milk.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Blend in cool whip, mixture should be creamy.
  9. Spread over crumbs in pie plate.
  10. Top with chrushed salted peanuts if desired.
  11. Freeze 12-24 hours.
  12. Take out of freezer about 15- 20 min prior to serving to allow to soften a little.
  13. Cut with knife run under hot water.
