Ingredients:

  • 7 cups cucumbers
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients until sugar dissolves.
  2. Put into freezer proof containers and Freeze.
  3. Butter bowls work great!
  4. Best if you can let stand in fridge overnight, then put in the little containers and freeze.
