Flourless Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup rolled oats (i used old fashioned and had to finely chop or blend them to get a good consistency)
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda (i used baking powder n didn'tsp see a difference)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (don'tsp sub!)
  • 1 tbsp white sugar (u can omit if watching calories)
  • 1 tbsp oil or 1 tbsp melted margarine
  • 1 -2 tbsp milk (u can use soy for vegan or veggie version)

Directions:

  1. Blend first 5 ingredients together. (I used a blender).
  2. Mix with other ingredients,.
  3. Use 1T measuring spoon to form into cookie shapes,.
  4. And place on a greased cookie sheet or parchment paper.
  5. Cook 6-10 minutes at 350°F.
  6. Let cool then enjoy!
