Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine fish, potatoes, mustard, shallot and parsley.
  2. Heat milk and butter until the latter melts; mix it into fish. Salt and pepper to taste. Put into a sprayed pie dish. Dot surface with more butter.
  3. Bake at 350 until hot and brown.
