From The Centennial Cookbook of the Daughters of Scotland. Ingredients:
1 cup cooked flaked fish |
1 cup mashed potatoes |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1 shallot (or 1 t. chopped chives) |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/3 cup milk |
salt and pepper |
butter |
Directions:
1. Combine fish, potatoes, mustard, shallot and parsley. 2. Heat milk and butter until the latter melts; mix it into fish. Salt and pepper to taste. Put into a sprayed pie dish. Dot surface with more butter. 3. Bake at 350 until hot and brown. |
