Fisherman's Pie

From The Centennial Cookbook of the Daughters of Scotland.
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked flaked fish
1 cup mashed potatoes
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 shallot (or 1 t. chopped chives)
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
1. Combine fish, potatoes, mustard, shallot and parsley.
2. Heat milk and butter until the latter melts; mix it into fish. Salt and pepper to taste. Put into a sprayed pie dish. Dot surface with more butter.
3. Bake at 350 until hot and brown.
