Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 pint cream
  • 4 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cup whiskey
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 quart milk

Directions:

  1. Beat egg yolks until lemon colored. Beat in sugar and salt. Slowly add whisky, cream, nutmeg and milk. Fold in well-beaten egg whites. Makes 2 gallons.
