Ingredients:
12 eggs separated |
1-1/2 pint(s) cream or half and half |
4 cup(s) sugar |
1-1/2 cup(s) whiskey |
1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
6 quart(s) milk |
Directions:
1. Beat egg yolks until lemon colored. Beat in sugar and salt. Slowly add whisky, cream, nutmeg and milk. Fold in well-beaten egg whites. Makes 2 gallons. |
