Easy Garlic Salt

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup kosher salt

Directions:

  1. In a measuring cup quarter the garlic cloves.
  2. Add the salt and cover loosley.
  3. Allow the mixture to stand 3 days, stirring occasionally.
  4. Leave the garlic in the salt until it is completely dried.
  5. Remove garlic, transfer mixture to salt shakers.
