Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Sift all dry ingredients.
  2. Add:.
  3. Milk.
  4. Chives.
  5. Mix until flour forms a dough ball.
  6. Spoon drop into boiling salted water.
  7. Cook 12 minutes.
  8. Do not remove lid.
  9. When done immediately.
  10. Remove from water.
  11. Brown butter in a seperate pan.
  12. Drizzle dumplings with browned butter.
  13. Serve immediately.
