Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice and peel grapefruit into bite sized pieces.
  2. Take care to remove pith and seeds.
  3. Drizzle bitters over fruit to taste.
  4. I like to use quite a bit, but everyone's taste is different.
  5. Chill.
  6. Serve in nice dishes as an alternative to sorbet.
