Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of sugar

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients with a mixer.
  2. Drop from teaspoon into hot oil.
  3. Flip to brown evenly on each side.
  4. Remove withslotted spoon when golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper toweling.
  6. Shake in a paper bag with 2 cups of confectioner's sugar.
