Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve 1 tsp sugar in water and sprinkle yeast over, leave in a warm place until frothy.
  2. Blend together cheese, onion, butter, salt, eggs and the remaining sugar. Set aside.
  3. Mix flour with oats and pour in yeast liquid, stir in cheese mixture & dill seeds. Knead until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a warm, greased bowl and cover with a damp tea-towel. Leave dough in a warm place until doubled in size.
  5. Knock back dough & in a 1.5L casserole, cover & let rise to double again.
  6. Heat the oven to 180.C and bake loaf for 35 mins or until cooked.
