Directions:

  1. Spread coconut on a cookie sheet.
  2. Bake 5-10 mins til toasted, stirring several times.
  3. Cool.
  4. Mix peanut butter, raisins and artificial sweetener.
  5. Form into one inch balls.
  6. Roll in toasted coconut.
  7. Chill.
