Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Mix crumbs and butter and press into a 10in springform pan
  2. Beat creme cheese, then add sugar, flour, salt, lemon peel and vanilla. add eggs 1 at a time. beat well after each. blend in cream. pour into crust, bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes and 225 for an additional 70-80 minutes. cool at room temp then refrigerate for 8hrs before serving
