Ingredients:
12 ounce(s) vanilla wafers |
6 tablespoon(s) butter |
40 ounce(s) cream cheese softened |
1 3/4 cup(s) sugar |
3 tablespoon(s) flour |
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) grated lemon peel |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
6 large eggs |
1/4 teaspoon(s) heavy cream |
Directions:
1. mix crumbs and butter and press into a 10in springform pan 2. beat creme cheese, then add sugar, flour, salt, lemon peel and vanilla. add eggs 1 at a time. beat well after each. blend in cream. pour into crust, bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes and 225 for an additional 70-80 minutes. cool at room temp then refrigerate for 8hrs before serving |
