Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 lb pecan halves
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 1/3 cup curry powder

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium fire.
  2. Add pecans and stir to coat and heat through.
  3. Sprinkle dry ingredients over buttered pecans and stir until coated.
  4. Drain and cool on paper towels.
