Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 lb chicken

Directions:

  1. Place sliced onions on bottom of crockpot. Place chicken onto onions. Dump all barbecue sauce over. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
  2. Remove chicken (carefully as chicken will fall apart) and remove skin and bones. Shred chicken and add back to sauce.
  3. Serve over brown rice, white rice or on bread.
