Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except macaroni in crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours.
  3. Add the uncooked macaroni. Turn crock pot to high and cook for 20 to 30 minutes more, or until macaroni is soft.
  4. Remove bay leaves before serving.
